Rancid Mouth

Sharpened words

cut free of tongue,

fall from his rancid mouth

upon uncaring ears.

Rendered unworthy of their intention,

they die.

Desperate for attention

he throws his worth away.

Buried in his garbage,

he spits refuse and decay.
